Pomaika‘i Brown

Born and raised in Kalihi, Pomaika‘i Brown attended Kamehameha Schools Kapālama, where his musical journey began.

He went on to perform internationally, including in Waikīkī, Japan, and Tennessee, and collaborated with renowned Hawaiian musicians. He further honed his craft under the mentorship of legendary steel guitarist Jerry Byrd.

Today, he weaves Hawaiian tradition with his own influences, celebrating the soulful voice of the Hawaiian steel guitar.
